Who We Are
Catering by Tracy was founded in the Spring of 2006 by the owner, Tracy O'Boyle in Charlotte, North Carolina. From start to finish, our team will successfully coordinate your small or large event with precise organization, fabulous food, and impeccable service.
Since 2011, we have been serving the Lake Norman, North Carolina and surrounding areas. Our menu offers different appetizers, meat packages, side items, and of course—desserts. Our professional and experienced servers and bartenders are there to help your event run seamlessly from start to finish. They handle the set-up of your event, serving of the food and drinks, clearing tables, all clean-up and so much more!

Meet Tracy
Tracy has been in the food industry since the summer of 1987. She owned and operated three casual-themed restaurant locations, and formally was in management with a national chain restaurant for 10 years. In the spring of 2006, she set her sights on becoming a small business owner. That's when Catering by Tracy officially opened for business!
She has a true passion for cooking and entertaining! She incorporates her combined knowledge and experience with food that brings magic to the table. Do you have an intimate dinner party, magnificent social event, beautiful wedding reception, rehearsal dinner coming up?
